So I\u2019m pulling another recipe from the Shadow Valley Camp Cookbook. Snicker Apple Salad is easy to make, but the dish is mired in controversy. It begs the same question year after year at camp when it is served:<\/p>\n<p>Is Snicker Apple Salad really a salad? Or is it a dessert?<\/p>\n<p>Rather than share my point of view, I\u2019ll share the recipe. Then you can try it and decide for yourself, then leave your opinion (salad or dessert) in the comment box. I\u2019ll tally the votes and present the evidence at this summer\u2019s Family Camp. Now that\u2019s real power!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Snicker Apple Salad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 box instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.)<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n8 oz. Cool Whip<br \/>\n6 chopped apples<br \/>\n6 chopped Snickers bars<\/p>\n<p>Mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Then add apples and Snickers.
