In the interest of full disclosure, this top ten shares what I miss now that the kids are grown and gone.<\/p>\n<p>10.\u00a0 Getting the kids out of the house was always a good excuse for going to the pool.<\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Watching them play and wondering what they&#8217;ll be like as adults.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Getting goofy and giggling together.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Seeing them learn from simple things like water, wind, and dirt.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Belly laughs.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dressing up in costumes and playing make-believe.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reading aloud and getting lost in books together.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Snuggles.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Walking down the street, holding hands.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Looking at the world through a child&#8217;s eyes&#8230;again.<\/p>\n<p>What do you other empty nesters miss about having little kids at home?
